Founder and Chief Cobweb finder Shelley comes from a long line of professional care workers, cleaners and housekeepers. Although only in her 30's she has 20+ years experience in the healthcare and facilities management Sector, working in various locations across England and Wales.

In 2015 Shelley moved to Fareham and decided to return to care in the community. This only lead her to find her team of carers spending valuable care time correcting low quality cleaning from poorly trained local cleaning services.

 

Shocked by her findings and being someone who enjoys a challenge Shelley went on to start her solo cleaning career with a mission to teach the local community how to clean professionally, to help members of our community who were struggling to maintain a healthy home because of illness.

After her first Christmas as a solo cleaner Shelley found herself unable to keep up with demand, she took the dive and started to build a team of like-minded individuals. Not just people who think they can clean, but people who want to become professional cleaners and those who seek to help others. Shelley went from a solo cleaner with a passion to a Team of cleaners who share that passion.
